Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Inc is reevaluating the restart of an idled pellet furnace at the Northsore Mine's pellet facility. As previously announced, the repair and restart of furnace number 5 at Northshore was deferred in late 2005 until market conditions improved. The furnace would increase capacity by approximately 800,000 tons of pellets annually.
